ca. 1940s glass rhinestone lace up Eastern European folk dance velvet vest. Each rhinestone has been hand hammered in. The scalloping is lined in red. The ribbon is original to the garment and sewn in at the top. Laces are threaded through "speed hooks" the same kind of hooks you would find on a lace up boot. This makes it easier to get in and out.
Condition: Great condition for its age. Near mint. Garment does not show any signs of damage as far as I can see. The garment is as pictured. Please remember when buying pre-loved clothing minor signs of wear is to be expected.
