Condition: Good; The fur has been well kept. There are no signs of breakage or dryness in fur yet; to maintain condition please store on a soft rounded hanger in temperature controlled room.
The seam connecting the mink to a pocket has been repaired with cotton thread. We use cotton thread because it is weaker. Mink is a delicate textile and strong thread could cause breakage in fur over thread in pressure points. This is not a flaw but something to keep in mind. Treat pockets with care, do not over stress them. Please seek help from professionals who are used to working with fur if you have any problems in the future.
The leather aspects displays shows normal signs of wear. Please remember when buying pre-loved clothing minor signs of wear is to be expected. This coat is around 50 years old and with proper care it can be worn for another 50 years.
